Posted Apr 4, 2020 (Kael'thas Patch)Bully's effect is irreplaceable, but because it's a tech card, you can get away with playing something else. Some people run cards like Escaped Manasaber or Spirit of the Shark in their highlander rogues, so you could try one of those.
Also, I would recommend replacing Jar Dealer while you're at it, it's just terrible. Try Hot Air Balloon or Blazing Battlemage instead.
