This deck mainly consists of powerful minions and card-generating minions. It only contains 4 spells. The mana curve is extremely smooth. If mulligan is done properly, few manas should be wasted. Unlike traditional Raza Priest, my deck has no "combo pieces". We keep dropping minions on curve before and after we upgrade hero power, since we almost never run out of cards to play. Once hero power is upgraded, simply overwhelm the opponent with board and face pressure.

Card Choices

Why Recruiter>Spawn of Shadows?

Typically Spawn of Shadows allows priest to deal 26 dmg if 3 other cards can be played with 6 mana. Recruiter can solo 14 dmg which can be freely distributed among enemies. Spawn of Shadows requires a very healthy HP. Recruiter has no requirement at all. Recruiter generates 15 board attack and usually clears the opponent's board, putting huge pressure on the opponent. So the only advantage of Spawn of Shadows is its higher lethal range, which is not a big deal considering Mage's Ice Block and Druid's armor.

Escaped Manasaber:

Basically 3 mana 3/5 stealth with soft taunt, since it returns at least 1 mana to us later. This card helps us mana jump. For example, play it on turn 6 so we can play Shadowreaper Anduin on turn 7. Another important example is against Darkest Hour Warlock (one of the strongest decks in wild). If opponent Warlock goes first, plays perfect combo on turn 5 and pulls 1 Nerubian Unraveler, normally nothing can beat that. However, if we played Manasaber on turn 4 and get 6 mana on turn 5, we would be able to play Shadow Word: Ruin and win the game.
