For those who want to continue playing this in the post-acolyte world, try adding one Beaming Sidekick and Ancharrr. 

I've been playing this with Zephrys instead of Thalnos, gives a nice final board clear or answer to pesky albatross. Also makes a nice third minion for boomship if you don't need the clear. 

OP, any ideas on how to replace acolyte once it goes to hall of fame?

you can update your deck as well with those updates you did, it will help out a lot!

This is really difficult to play well but very fun once you get the hang of it, surprisingly good too. Though I just got completely countered by someone who just held their albatross to the final turn...

any replacements for boomship?

Boomship is literally the wincon

Isnt sidekick kinda niche and double brawl with plague a bit too much? Especially since its kinda hard to get brawl out of hand.

Combo is better compared to last one Boomship into Malygos+Mec'thun + 2x inner fire + whirlwind. This combo is much better right now, however without Dr. BOOM hero card. This deck doesn't stand a chance. 

any swap for Harrison Jones ? 

Without Harrison you should also swap 2 x Weapons Projects. You can either choose cards that will give you more armor or/and draw more cards.
