This is my Jungle Giants Deck :)

Early game I try to complete the quest as fast as I can. Strength in Numbers really helps if it picks a big minion. Menagerie Warden, Winged Guardian and Cursed Disciple also count for 2 towards the quest.

I also have some ramp for the early game. As Biology Project helps your opponent, only use it if you can play a strong turn afterwards. For example, turn 4 Biology Project setting up for turn 5 Winged Guardian

I previously had Tar Creeper in for the early game. But I am not facing too much aggro at the moment so I have got Wild Growth in that spot. This could be replaced with Ferocious Howl or cheaper spells like Lesser Jasper Spellstone or Naturalize

Once you have Barnabus the Stomper the aim is to play him and soon after play Nourish or Ultimate Infestation. With 2 of each in the deck, it's likely by this point you will have come across one of each. But if you have plenty of other cards in hand its not the end of the world if you don't get them right away. I sometimes play 1 Ultimate Infestation or Nourish before I have used Barnabus the Stomper if I have a really bad hand and need the draw to complete the quest. This is fine as there is still plenty more draw in the deck for later.

When all minions cost 0, I focus on making big beasty boards without losing too much to opponents removal spells. Ixlid, Fungal Lord is super good at 0 cost. For this reason I also added in 1 Blood of The Ancient One. Play it with 0 mana Ixlid, Fungal Lord to form the ancient one! It is not a win condition, just ALOT of pressure and will bait removal/force the opponent to react in some way. I get this combo fairly often, it has won me plenty of games :D

Hemet, Jungle Hunter is great when played before Barnabus the Stomper because he makes top decks wayy better late game. Hetops your hand getting filled with cheap rubbish when using Ultimate Infestation or Nourish after Barnabus the Stomper has been played. He is most effective when played as the 5th 5 attack minion triggering the quest reward. The downside is if you play him after Barnabus the Stomper he destroys all minions as they will all cost 0 so be careful! I still think he is worth having as Nourish and Ultimate Infestation make it easy to draw more 0 cost minions.

Keeper of the Grove is in for the silence effect as I come across alot of priests, and it also helps against buff paladin decks and mech hunters etc.

Any advice is appreciated :) I just made this for fun but I am able to get alot of wins with this around rank 10
