This is my take on Galakrond Rogue, but with a thief package onboard for survivability until your Heistbaron Togwaggle or Galakrond, Azeroth's End come online.

I took this deck for a spin in casual, and after getting used to it I took it to ladder where it's 5-0 thus far at rank 4.  So far on ladder I've faced:

Mech Paladin

Highlander Mage

Embiggen Druid

Dragon Hunter (non-Highlander variety)

Treant Druid

It feels strong thus far.  Mulligans are EVIL Miscreant or Edwin VanCleef on coin, Backstab if facing aggro/token decks, and either your Bloodsail Flybooter or Pharaoh Cat.  If you have it early on, with an activator or not, don't be afraid to play Underbelly Fence to keep temp going.
