This is specifically not an OTK. I'm not even commenting on the viability of the deck, the rest of the comments are doing a fine job of that, but this is specifically a 2-TK, being that it requires 2 turns and all.

Funny how all the negative comments have been down voted once each.  This deck is not viable and relies on one extravagant win condition. I understand trying to make mega-windfury work but this is not the way to do it. Too many cards are needed with a certain board from your opponent.

This is obviously a fun/meme deck. Everything doesn't have to be constructed viable...

swampqueen hagatha is neccessairy? also rockbiters aren't any good?

That’s not even an OTK. If the opponent has taunt / kills or freezes your minions you’re done for.

Damn I miss good old OTK decks. The only one left is Paladin and it requires to go through the whole deck.

One of the worst Ive ever played. Sorry, I tried to give a fare shake, but its crap in this meta. Absolute crap.

Kind of bummed out by what I saw.... Don't try this at home.

this deck works.... on casual....after 3 tries.... but after i won with this deck i felt so good and i made a new friend (the guy i defeated)... that was an epic game where one turn away from otk my 2 manasaber survived to a 1 mana cost alex into 1 mana cost kalecgos in to puzzlebox into rng fiesta (polymorph, sprint, hellfire etc.).... this is fun in hs, so this deck deserve my upvote

came here expecting the advertised OTK, 

found out it took him about 5 turns of praying, and a turn of setup, to barely kill an opponent with stealth minions.

And then Tempest is somewhere at the bottom of the deck. Deck needs at least one more win condition - nice for the Meme archive though.
