General Strategy:
This is a very aggressive deck that aims to quickly fill the board with pirates and close out games as quickly as possible. To do so, you have to maximize every point of damage in your hand. This might mean to not play a Southsea Deckhand on 1 and instead save it for the guaranteed charge damage, for example. Or to wait and play Sharkfin Fan until you have a weapon equipped for the guaranteed extra pirate. Always prioritize minion damage/board pressure over spell/weapon damage (unless playing against Quest Priest/Control Warrior, then you don't want to overextend). The sooner you can get your minions on board means the sooner you can start doing damage with them, while damage from Cold Blood, Eviscerate, Hooked Scimitar is always guaranteed damage eventually. Only trade to protect your higher attack minions, otherwise go face (unless you're against other board dependent decks like Token Druid or Zoolock).
*Tip* I tend to prefer an EVIL Miscreant over developing 1-3 smaller pirates on turns 2-4 because of the versatility that the Lackeys provide in establishing tempo. Unless you have a big swing turn of course with Hooked Scimitar/Dread Corsair/Bloodsail Raider or many pirates + Bloodsail Howler.
Mulligan:
Always Keep - Backstab, Bloodsail Flybooter, Southsea Deckhand, Parachute Brigand, Sharkfin Fan, Bloodsail Raider, Skyvateer
Sometimes Keep - EVIL Miscreant (on the coin), Hooked Scimitar (on the coin), Dread Corsair (if you have Hooked Scimitar and on the coin), Bloodsail Howler (if you have Bloodsail Flybooter)

Playing at around level 13-15 this hand is not proving to be much fun with a very low win rate. Strategy depends on getting a lot of luck!!
Fun deck!! What is a good replacement for Myra's?
Second copy of Raiding Party maybe?
What IS good card to replace skyvateer?
Acolyte of Pain, Bloodmage Thalnos
I cant craft "Skyvateer" can someone tell me why?
It just doesnt appear when I click "Crafting", he dont exists
It has to be unlocked through playing Galakrond's Awakening story mode.
it is so fun deck. i am playing with this and my win rate is 7 - 2 from rank 5 to 4.
daaaang! way to go :D. glad its working well and you're enjoying it!
How about adding some Preparation to easily trigger Cannon Barrage ? i find Raiding Party way too slow for this deck and would rather add a Captain Hooktusk in it's stead.
Being a very aggressive deck, this deck can already run out of resources quickly and another 0 cost spell like Preparation would empty out our hand even faster, which is not good. If you want to run it solely for the purpose of Cannon Barrage then you'd have a dead card in hand the whole game whereas you want to be putting down minions and developing the board instead.
As far as Captain Hooktusk, I already answered that question below so please refer to that comment :)
I often find myself with very few cards left in my hand, do you have a fix for this ? myra is kind of last resort
No Captain Hooktusk?
Nope! Captain Hooktusk is just too slow. The goal is to have our opponent dead by turn 8. Even if we did have her in the deck she'd most likely summon a bunch of 1/1's or 2/2's which isn't that great anyway. I purposely left out a few common pirates like Captain Hooktusk, Hench-Clan Burglar, Ticket Scalper, and Captain Greenskin as they are all too slow for our gameplan.
no offense but those classes you went against are irrelevant to me. i wanna see aggro hunter res priest token druid and embiggen druid against the deck to truly test the meta.
Highlander Hunter and Galakrond Rogue are 2 of the most popular decks right now on ladder so that should be very relevant. The game plan is pretty much the same against every deck/class though: flood the board with Pirates and SMorc your opponent down. Always be mindful of their AOE spells however. For example, against aggro Hunter you don't want to overextend too many minions under 3 health for Explosive Trap and be mindful of Unleash the Hounds. Against Res Priest it's probably best not to throw out all your minions into turn 5 for Mass Hysteria, and not too many minions 2 health or under at any given time due to Breath of the Infinite. Against Token Druid (and Zoolock), you pretty much always want to trade and be ahead on board. And against any other Druid you want to be as fast as possible, but not play into a Swipe.
Hope this helps, and good luck! :)
