Edit: I apologise guys if i didn't provide the HS decktracker stats for the season, i played 90% of the games from rank 5 to legend from my phone. All i can say is it took me around 8 hours of gameplay from rank 5 to legend, with approximately 60% winrate overall during the all climb. Thanks for the upvotes!
Greetings guys i'm Accro a hearthstone player from Italy, i play the game since 2014 and been legend since (multiple top 100/200 finish), i never really posted because HS was always a hobby to me but since i would like to start streaming here i am with the list i used this season to hit legend on both EU and NA servers. It took me a single day of playing to reach legend on NA with it, with a couple hours only of playing time from rank 3 to legend.
I'll post a general plan tech choices and mulligan guidelines and if i'll get 10+ upvoted at least i will also update a detailed guide for each match up,
Tracking - Fundamental card to get out of really unlucky draw situations, you need this card, deck doesn't flow well without.
Hunter's Mark + Ironbeak Owl - In a meta full of lackey rogues with taunts, warriors and locks with massive taunts, these 2 cards alone made my climb so much easier. Not to mention Ziliax, the damn Ziliax.
Edit: Leeroy Jenkins - Some guys asked me about this addition to the deck and all i can say is a 5 drop is too much in this deck. While playing the deck guys you will never feel like you will need those 6 extra damage. We have already insane amount of damage, and keeping the mana curve low allows some very nasty combos with Kill Command and for example Timber Wolf and Unleash the Hounds.
About general plan and mulligan guys, it's really important to mulligan HARD for Toxic Reinforcements. Also the only card you always want to keep is Phase Stalker, everything else you discard it. Things change if you find Toxic Reinforcements in the starting hand. In this case you will keep those card that can nicely curve out with your hero power like Dwarven Sharpshooter, Animal Companion and Eaglehorn Bow. Of course our best turn 4 most of the times is Phase Stalker + Hero Power to complete our quest.
I really suggest you guys to try out this wonderful deck which will make your climb and games against rogues really easy.
Full guide coming up 10+ Upvotes. Edit: Guys, if you would like me to stream the deck please let me know in the comments.
Peace.
Not a deck for the actual meta...
Any aggro can over run your board
Any control... well, forget against control

Hey buddy I wouldn’t be too sure about that.
You might just be bad, I went from rank 15 to rank 9 in 1 day.
Got me the last 3 stars to rank 4, thanks.
Added an extra owl , removed the hunters mark. Seemed to run better vs taunt druid untargetable mobs
That's for sure a list to play against Druid, glad its working for you keep the good work up.
I also did this small change, between winged guardians and khartut's it feels really good, even the destroy a minion taunt in priest.
Just hit rank 5 for i'm pretty sure the first time ever. (Made a long break with a couple month returns between TGT and newest expansion) forever been a warrior player, loving the ability to ruin face hunters and feels a little dirty but, it wins and wins faster, especially against the decks that were giving me trouble.
I like to call it Quest hunter though cuz that's the real magic lol (really just to make myself feel better)
Thanks for the deck though!
I read your take on Leeroy, but do you have ANY legendary suggestions?
Personally I wanted to - 1 Lifedrinker + 1 Dragonbane, purely for fun and testing out but I do not own the card. I don’t think is good though, it works like Ragnaros for 6 mana. If you hit what you need to hit (face or taunt) that’s good but if not it’s a dead card on the board compared to Lifedrinker.
I breezed through til rank 13, with only like one loss. Now it suddenly feels much harder. And im catching like similar equal or similar decks as the ranks before.
The higher the ranks the harder the climb, of course! Good Luck! Make sure to check your gameplay on HS tracker replays.
Getting Legend with this deck in 8 hours with a 60% WR is possible. 480 minutes for ~120 games = 4 minutes / game.
But winning against a Quest Priest seems to be impossible, even while waiting several turns
As I said in other players comments, it’s doable with a great game plan and of course great rng. I’m not facing many priests as well, actually most of my games are Druid and Rogue at rank 1 or 2, cannot speak for lower ranks.
Dropped from rank 3 to 4. Nearly only met priests and embeggen druids, which is instant loss with this deck. Priest only needs 1 healing unit and druid 1 untargetable taunt and you're lost.
I would say Druid it's not the best match up for us but with a good starting hand and ofc with rng on my side when it comes to card draw the game is winnable, i would check your plays first. If you are not climbing with this deck you are 100% misplaying somewhere. Obviously in a day where you are meeting only Wall Druid and Priest you want to switch to a different deck to make your life easier.
Every single deck has a counter or an almost always unwinnable matchup, it's how Hearthstone works. You take wall druid against Quest Resurrect Priest, they can only conceed.
If anyone needs help with some tips feel free to add me, I also do cheap coaching from many years, glad to help.
What do you do against treant druids? They get board extremely fast. So fast, I cannot respond to it.
Dwarves Sharpshooter really does the trick to stall their board a bit in the beginning of the game. But after turn 3, it all comes to how fast you can smorc him down.
so the meta is all about embiggen druid right now, what is your strategy against them? since in hsreplay, we see the lowest percentage of wins of face hunter is already druid. i think face hunter is not capable of to climb after rank 5 in this meta.
You need toxic reinforcements and the rest is all about hoping for good draws and for your opponent to not have the best starting hand. Also drawing our silence and Hunter’s Mark is key to win the game. You can even keep one if you find your quest already.
I recently started my climb on EU and after struggling with Galakrond Warrior, I switched to this deck and I’m currently rank 1 3 stars. This is one of the best decks in the meta right now, no doubt about it.
It is proven that is possible to reach legend even with F2P decks or very custom ones. It’s all about how good you can play it.
Awesome deck to climb and not spend too much time per game. I still added leeroy for a lifedrinker and I have to say it works pretty well (for me at least) safed the game couple of times already. I still don´t know if I´m just unlucky but I hardly ever start with toxic reinforcements almost seems like the card can´t be drawn before turn 4 lmao
Edit: (IMO) getting a dwarfen Sharpshooter turn 1 is way more important than having Toxic Reinforcements on hand/played turn 1.
Thanks for the good work buddy.
Hey there buddy thanks and glad is working amazing for you. Regarding Leeroy can work out, but 2x Lifedrinker can absolutely make the difference in winning or losing to other Aggro decks, Leeroy does not, and also doesn’t have beast synergy.
Also I would say that keeping Dwarving Sharpshooter is not good, because if the opponent does not have early game low health minions you have a dead card in your hand, think about it. I’m currently top 500 NA and I only keep it if I already find Toxic Reinforcements.
