Here is my decklist I used from rank 4 to legend. It took me 2 hours to reach legend (prepatch). Now I am using it for Top 100 Legend ranking. Try it out, it is pretty much standart Pirate Warrior except for Heroic Strike.

To understand how to mulligan I'll do a general Tier List

always keep these:  Sky Raider;Town Crier;Parachute Brigand

good to keep: Ancharrr;Lifewire Lance;Bloodsail Raider;Skybarge

DONT keep any cards that weren't mentioned until now.

Here are the exceptions:

in combination with Ancharrr or Lifewire Lance, Upgrade is a "good to keep"

if you go first and do not have any 1 or 2 drops , Heroic Strike is the next best to keep, but concider gambling it for a 1 or 2 drop.

in combination with Parachute Brigand , Southsea Deckhand becomes a "good to keep"

How do you play this deck? It is pretty much self explanatory, you want to deal as much damage as possible in the shortest amount of turns. There are 2 big mistakes you can make: Trading too much and going face too often. Find the middle. Trade efficient with your weapons and go face when you can set up lethal for the next turn.  Don't play around things that are very specific, like 2 or 3 card combinations. It cost me a few games. Try to play a bit more "risky". Force your oponent to make bad trades, then you are on the good site. You may lose a few games because of it, but in long term it is actually the less risky option.

I hope this will help a bit. But keep in mind, if this deck is not fun to you, don't play it. Not everyone likes aggressive decks. Play as long as you have fun with it.
