So I have been experimenting with Apothecary and came up with this idea here. This is just a rough draft and I’m sure I will update this deck list after I experiment more with this idea. If you have any ideas to improve this then leave it in a comment below and I will give it a shot. 

The idea is this:

You start the game with normal pirate/lackey aggro, then once you have apothecary in your hand trigger it. From this point the deck leans more towards a “token” or “big rogue” type deck(depending on what card Apothecary draws from your deck) which will help during the mid-range point of the game with cards like Mechanical Whelp, Silver Vanguard, Violet Wurm, and Spawn of N’Zoth to give extra board presence. No matter which one of these comes out, if you have a decent board presence then you should be able to continue your rush of aggro without too much fear of losing the board

-if you get Spawn of N’Zoth early then you can buff your pirates and keep aggro pushing

-if you get Mechical Whelp first then your opponent will be weary of AOE early on because they won’t want to trigger the 7/7 out early

-getting Silver Vanguard first plays the same as if you had gotten Mechical Whelp. Your opponent will be weary of pulling a 8 cost minion. In this case it would pull out Violet Wurm and then if that dies you get a board full of 1/1’s to buff later

-if you get Violet Wurm then you will have a board full of minions to buff with Spawn if NZoth later

then for the late game, once you have a decent amount of deathrattles in your hand you can Anka them and combo the 1 cost Deathrattles with Umbra to fill the board with buffed minions. 

a few ideas I am going to try out is putting magic carpet in this deck for early game synergy with Lackeys and Pirates and then potential late game syngery with Anka+Umbra+Magic Carpet+Violet Wurm

Another idea to go alongside the Magic Carpet idea is that I think that at least one shadowstep would be good in this deck to either keep a hand full of minions by shadow stepping EVIL miscreant and Bloodsail Flybooter OR for late game combos like Anka-ing a Spawn of Nzoth then next turn play Umbra, Spawn of Nzoth, Shadow Step Spawn of Nzoth, then play it again to give all minions +2/+2. 

I am also going to attempt to make a Reno version of this deck later because there are so many ideas I have for this deck that it is starting to get hard to fit everything in with multiple copies of cards, but like I said this is a rough draft and I just wanted to share the idea so Rogue players like myself can have another fun way to play Rogue. EDIT: it saddens me to say this, but Apothecary finally got nerfed today. Making this deck considerably slower and more inconsistent. Pirates still help get through the early game, but with Apothecary being 5 mana now it is very easy to get too many dead draws and high cost clutter filling your hand. It’s still a fun idea to play around with, but it is now mostly just for memes. If anyone still wants me to try and update this list then leave a comment or upvote this deck and I will try my best to see what I can do
