This deck was created by FLG (me) on the EU-server. I don't p2w, so I spend very little money on Hearthstone, even though I love the game and I've played every day, with major breaks, since release of the game. I'll never be able to afford any p2w-deck, like that highlander decks with 5+ legendaries, or many other tier 1/2 decks. 

Therefore I build decks like this. 1 of the legendaries has been a freebie. The deck does well against some of the most popular decks of the moment but it looses hard against decks like token-druid. Don't take in too many AEs, as they take away the surprise-moment. Have fun!
