This is my mid-range hunter setup, Basically the deck is half spells and minions.

Fresh Scent should be better replacement compare Dire Frenzy, and also works better with Zuljin.

Always keep side quest or weapon for starting hand, Best secret from discover probably Snake Trap and Freezing Trap for potential aggro gameplay. For card refill we have Hunter Pack, Halazzi, and Zuljin.
