This is a Murloc Dragon Highlader Paladin, if you like it, comment and rate this deck :)

Mulligan:

Sir Finley of the Sands is a card you want to have in your opening hand every game, so it should always be kept.
Murloc Tidecaller can be kept if you got some Murlocs to follow up. Also a good choice if you go first.
Frizz Kindleroost is best to play her at turn 4 so I recommend keeping her too. It is defenitly worth it.
Faerie Dragon can be a keep, because sometimes people have a hard time to remove her.
Tasty Flyfish is also a good card in your opening hand to get those buffs early

Deck Guide:

Sir Finley of the Sands gives you a good boost for the game with the upgraded Hero Power, especially if you get him early in the game
Zephrys the Great is another card, wich wich provideds from the Reno effect and is a good answer in many cases: Zepherys could end the game with Bloodlust for example, but also clear the board if you have no answer.
Dragonqueen Alexstrasza is a big Dragon who gives you two Dragons for free. Those dragons are often big targets and great to pressure the enemy even more.
Skyfin in combo with Murloc Tidecaller is a decent turn and can be followed up by a Murloc Warleader. Solo Skyfin can be powerful too if you hit good Murlocs like Underbelly Angler or Nightmare Amalgam.
If the oponent can not clear all the tokens form Skyfin or not clear your Murmy you have another removal with Toxfin for 1 Mana.
You also have Scalelord to get buffs on all your Murlocs and another Dragon Body which benefits from all the Dragon buffs
Tasty Flyfish and Dragonrider Talritha Buff the Dragons in your hand and make them to even Bigger Threads for your Opponent.
Firetree Witchdoctor, Scalerider, Scaleworm and Skyfin are all Card how benefit of Dragons in your hand so make sure not to spam all your Dragons out at once
You also have some draw in the deck due to Crystology, Murloc Tastyfin, Big Ol´Whelp and Cauntless Ashmore
You also got some Heals in the deck like Zilliax how can paired up with Nightmare Amalgam to get a bigger Target
