I predict this or some variant to be a tier 1 deck.

Flexible game plan: Smorc them with Questing / Van Cleef OR Malygos combo.

Magic Carpet + Southsea Freebooter + lackeys easily shores up the early game.

Umbral Skulker + Auctioneer and cheap spells ensures cycle through the deck.

 

Possible improvements:
Maybe a few more Invoke Galakrond cards.
Maybe a Togwaggle's Scheme  for 4 Malygos OTK.
