Main cards: (keep on mulligan) Quest, Archmage Vargoth, any card draw
Against aggro: keep freezing cards (you can add some more into deck, its core is very small)
Damage: after activating Extra turn with Vargoth, Mana Wyrm + lots of small spells OR Arcane Giant

No need for vargoth. You can have a lethal dmg even without many "time wrap". I like it. Its a classic "wild quote-exodia-mage exept that is not using the flamewakers but the mana wyrms
You're right. Archmage Vargoth is non-essential, but a "make sure" card in case you end up with only one damage-dealing Mana Wyrm or Arcane Giant .
The deck was based from "classic" Flamewaker-style deck, I changed some non-core cards into more card draw that is essential to finish the quest and game quickly. Some opponents try to finish the game in turns 2-3-4, so it's good to be about that fast.
