Mulligan: 1x Mana Tide Totem, 2-3x Totemic Might

Coin out the Mana Tide. Play two Totemic Mights, take its Health to 7. You really need it to stick, so go to 9 at your discretion. Drop enough Surges that your Attack matches the Health of opposing minions, but no more. You'll need them for burst damage later.

Once you've got two Mana Tides in play, you'll be off to the races. Play the Mights as soon as they come in, but be frugal with the Surges. Keep totalling up for lethal, and don't forget to use that hero power.
