So this is the deck I've been grinding with most recently. Its a pretty standard take on Quest Paladin. The goal of the deck is to complete the quest as fast as possible so that once you do you you can start playing your Deathrattle Mechs and start duplicating them.

Early game: During this stage of the game your goal should be to play as many reborns as possible as fast as possible. All reborn minions cost 4 or lower, save Khartut Defender, to help alleviate this problem. A very helpful card here is Crystology. This card is one reason that Bronze Gatekeeper was left off this list. Three of the Reborn minions have 1 attack (Murmy, Micro Mummy, and Temple Berserker) which means that Crystology is guaranteed to get two Reborn minions to hand per copy played. Seeing this card is CRUCIAL!

Mid Game: This time is when you should be close to finishing your quest, if you haven't already. If you haven't you can usually get by stalling with Bone Wraith being a Reborn aunt minion. Once your quest has been completed You should immediately start looking to play Mechano Eggs and Mechanical Whelps. These minions are your bread and butter. Although you only get 2/2 copies the beauty is that these still register as having all the effects of the minion that was copied including Taunt, Divine Shield, Rush, and Lifesteal on top of the normal Deathrattle. Its possible that these 2/2 Mechs can be ignored but not once you Magnetic an Annoy-o-Module or Zilliax onto them which means your opponent will have to go through them to get to your life totals. and when then do they will respond 8/8's and 7/7's in their wake.

Late Game: Once you've got your factory going you should just be looking to use your hero power on your Deathrattle mechs as early and as often as possible. Most decks will struggle to try and keep up with the constant pressure of Taunt eggs/whelps and be overwhelmed by what they leave behind. Your main late game power cards are Kangor's Endless Army and Da Undatakah. Regarding Kangor's, as stated previously the hero makes a perfect 2/2 copy of a minion. So even if a Mechano Egg equipped with a Zilliax dies at a 2/2 If it revives due to Kangor's it will come back as a 3/7 Divine Shield, Rush, Lifesteal, Taunt, with Deathrattle. So constantly duplicating eggs increases the likelihood that you will get one of these deathrattles. The same logic applies for Da Undatakah. Instead of reviving 3 random mechs its deathrattle becomes 3 of your random deathrattles that have gone off. So most likely it will be between summoning an 8/8 and 7/7 but there is the off chance that one of them becomes Resotre 4 health do to Khartut Defender. During this period you just sort of grind the opponent out as they fight through your taunts and then struggle to deal with your big minions. This deck has a really strong late game as if they're able to somehow get through your mechs you just bring them back and start the process all over again.
