The strongest deck in the meta for sure. 
Pharaoh's cat is a premium 1 drop, same powerlevel as swashburglar and buccaneer.
evil miscreant + magic carpet + dark iron skulker = auto win vs odd pally
Vilespine slayer is nuts, mvp of the deck for sure.

It doesn't really have hardcore counters, it's a bit hard vs reno warlock and secret mage, but overall the deck is really strong.
I even managed to beat a turn 4 barnes.

Mulligan : easy you want any 1 drop / 3 drop / 3 or 5 drop
on the play always keep hench clan thug and any 1 drop
on the coin you can keep some combo cards
but keep the coin for the vilespine slayer or evil miscreant for later in the game, you always want to hero power turn 2, it's a stronger play than coining miscreant
you can coin southsea captain if your pirates (t1 pirates and patches) are still alive
