This deck is going to be insane post nerf. I got #4 legend with it even before the August 26th nerfs. As for my opinion on the nerfs Shudderwock Quest Shaman, Myra's Aggro Rogue, and Highlander Hunter are super strong decks that didn't get touched. Also contrary to popular belief on ladder control warrior has been doing a lot worse in legend ranks then tempo warrior (at least from my experience and with decks like priest being strong still).

Cards You Shouldn't Play But Other Lists do.
Shimmerfly As a deathrattle not only do you not get to use the card right away but you also don't get to choose the spell either as it is random and not discover.
Sunreaver Spy Your hunter secrets costs 2 mana so curving this guy out is too hard especially because I prefer not to run snake trap. Snake is not good when your losing but all my other secrets are fine always.
Masked Contender Again our hunter secrets cost 2 mana and I prefer no snake so a lot of the time this card is simply not worth it. With mirror matches increasing as well it will also make you more susceptible to flare (both before and after it comes down).
Snake Trap For now it is one of the few traps they can simply avoid activating but that can be a good thing if you run the other secret cards I omitted above. If you really like snake cut either Snipe or Explosive Trap. In an open decklist tournament not having Explosive Trap is really sketchy though because they won't have to play around it when you bluff it (assuming the secret wasn't a "created by").
Tracking This one is most controversial. It is way worse the 2nd time around with Zul'jin meanwhile flare is amazing the second time around but with mage falling off and hunter going up in popularity soon I still prefer just one flare no tracking. If you must put it in it is honestly perfectly fine.

Latest Changes (Effective 8/23/19 Pre-Nerf)
I finally bit the bullet and cut all the secret synergy besides Secretkeeper, Eaglehorn Bow, & Subject 9. This means even Hyena Alpha got the ax.
-1 Hyena Alpha -1 Snipe [/card] -1 [card]Hunter's Pack
+1 Acidic Swamp Ooze +1 Snake Trap +1 Desert Spear
I know I said that I didn't love snake but snipe and explosive are replaceable too so I felt snake was higher impact anyway and if you do go mainstream and run secret synergy cards like Masked Contender, Hyena Alpha, or Sunreaver Spy it will help you (again I still prefer 5 secrets only still especially with this build.
Spellbreaker can be Ironbeak Owl since owl is a beast and has better break points at 10 mana for your power 7 drops but I have yet to do that.
ALSO IF YOU READ NOTHING ELSE PLAY Wing Blast IN YOUR DECK! especially better with desert spear.
Desert Spear helps make your Animal Companion rolls better since Leokk has synergy with it. Also it is good with Kill Command giving a beast for no mana cost later on and it triggers opposing secrets as well as works with Marked Shot / Vulpera Scoundrel beast synergy discovers.
Lastly -1 Sandbinder +1 Tracking
Tracking was always probably correct I was just to stubborn. Even better with less control warriors for the fatigue downside but control warrior was never an issue it is so free. Tempo warrior is a scarier match-up and the better deck anyway.
i cant craft houndmaster shaw. Does this specific deck work without him? what would be a good replacement? thx
It for sure does he is by no means necessary but I think he makes the cut in the event you do have a full collection :)
I am updating the list since I made some changes which seem crazy to others because I am cutting more secret synergy but the numbers and the feel doesn't lie for me so stay tuned.

Thanks for the update! Can you please explain your thinking behind running springpaw? Ive tried it many times and it just feels useless almost everytime. How do you use it, or with what combination of cards?
Edit: And what would you replace houndmaster with? Im thinking Just to add back the hyena, since we still got 5 secrets.
Edit 2: I can't play tracking. Its shit when you zuljin. It just ate my dinotamer and siamat just because zuljin used it in the endgame.
Yeah I guess I was right the first time tracking is just not great esp. with Zul'Jin later. I think houndmaster is not supported by the lack of beasts on curve. Hyena alpha is perfectly reasonable even at 5 secrets I am trying it on and off. Spring paw is an amazingly flexible removal option or just early game play to fill out curve, activate wing blast by having a minion die, synergy with leokk, kill command, and random hunter spell that buffs beasts. The deck constantly changes by a few cards but hound master that isn't houndmaster shaw seems pretty bad imo.
