Build the biggest fattest C'Thun possible thanks to Emeriss and obliterate your opponents! This deck plays our similarly to any midrange deck, playing your minions on curve but the difference is that you want to reach the end game to your win condition. 

Just by playing the standard package you can without effort have your at 42/42 C'Thun. Or play more than one thanks to Stitched Tracker, which makes the deck more powerful and consistent, while also being immune to Dirty Rat. 

To stall out to the late game you have your typical Hunter spells and clears which can all be played again with Zul'jin. Some sustain and taunts as well against aggressive decks. 

The MVP in  this deck beside Stitched Tracker and Emeriss (and obviously the Old God himself) is Brann Bronzebeard. The best way to use him is along side a Stitched Tracker. Don't be afraid to pull out more C'Thun buff cards, Loot Hoarder for cycle or more taunts to stall out the game as sometimes one buffed up Old God is enough to seal the match.

Doomcaller is omitted because we don't intend for our C'Thun to die anyway and we can have more than one copy as explained above.
