The deck has multiple Synergies. 

I'll start showcasing each one and explain why this deck is countering the meta as of now.

1- Shudderwock (And lots of battlecry cards)

This deck contains well over 10 Battlecry cards and their efficiency is very cost-effective in terms of mana 

2. Elemental sync

The deck has a lot to offer in terms of elemental combos that will help you gain an advantage against your enemies, such as power draws and minion buffs

3. Board clear everywhere

Okay so this last one isn't really a synergy but the deck has lots of board clear cards and one target removal such as hex

Lastly, you have survivability gained from Walking fountain and Hagatha, which offers you enough space to complete your combos

Tested this deck and won against:

Control Warrior

Wall Priest

Quest Rogue

Quest Shaman

Quest Druid

Secret Paladin

Secret hunter

Cyclone Mage

If you think you're facing against lots of cyclone mages, you can swap a Bog Slosher or some other minion with a Big Game Hunter.

If you're running against lots of aggro decks, consider swapping a Bog Slosher with a MC Tech.
