A fun budget deck to climb with in SoU!  Lots of tempo, face damage and strong plays.  The new murlocs make it really easy to curve out!

The decklist isn't set in stone aside from the card draw and deathrattles - make it as budget or as combo-heavy as you want!  You can fit in History Buff or Leeroy if you want as well as a plethora of solid budget tempo minions.  The deck virtually never runs out of gas, however, so don't look for too many 3+-cost minions to include here as you might struggle to play out your hand.  Van Cleef isn't as strong in here as he is in other decks since there aren't any 0-cost cards, but feel free to add him as well since a 3 mana 6/6 or 8/8 can definitely be enough tempo for lethal or to help bust through some taunt walls.
