Hello and welcome to a shaman Midrange deck I intend to ladder with alot assuming that midrange works for the current meta once GvG is released!

The idea behind the deck is a classic Midrange deck - efficent minions that does a great deal of damage and is able to establish board control and snowball from there.

A few weird cards can be found and a few cards that I'm considering adding depending on what I'll need to make things work:

1x Jeeves rather than a mana tide totem. The reason for this is because I really like the mana tide, but the problem I see it is that its slow and if you need cards rather than play an Ogre or a Harvest Golem, you are in a position that you can't play it.

Jeeves work but would be best to be saved for later as then he'll actually start drawing cards properly for you once you have emptied your hand for the most part of which a midrange decks tend to do towards the end of the game - and being able to pay 4 mana for 2-3 cards is quite the nice deal. Ask mages with their Arcane Intellect after all except for 1 more mana and continuesly giving you this. And the drawback that your opponent also gets card shouldn't be too much of an issue considering the strength and quality of the other cards you deploy onto the field.

1x Windspeaker. Windspeaker on its own isn't a good card but gets better with potent targets to hit - in a midrange deck, basically every card other than a card that doesn't already have windfury will be a good target for it!

1x Loatheb. Loatheb is just the average card you can see in any deck - as a midrange deck can make quite nice use of a tempo swing in your favour, having Loatheb can make or break an entire game for you.

2x Fel Reavers. Okey - the Fel Reaver... is damn amazing! The power of a 8/8 for 5 is INCREDIBLE! One shouldn't care about 3, 6, 9 cards if you have the power to play one of these and then get windfury or something else on it. Do that and the price of it is well worth it!

This deck is missing cards like a second Lightning Storm since it wants to push for more powerful minions to play - the Harvest Golem is a card that I would most likely replace for a second Lightning Storm if needed. But as it stands, I don't think a second one would be necessary.

Cards that I think should be considered: Lightning Bolt (more control oriented), Defender of Argus (quite an amazing card), Mana Tide instead of a Jeeves (look at my explaination why Jeeves for this), Bloodlust (brilliant finisher card against control).
