Your general gameplan is to dominate the early game with your swarm of Totems, both basic and otherwise. Totemic Slam whenever possible, and buff them up with Vessina and Totemic Surge. Splitting Axe is best friends with Totem Golem and EVIL Totem, but just getting more bodies for your buffs is good too. Same applies to Wicked Witchdoctor, get value where you can. The Storm Bringer is a great way to turn your clutter into a big value swing.

For mulligan, try to keep most 2-drops, with the following priority:

1. Totem Golem

2. Murkspark Eel or EVIL Totem

3. Likkim or Sandstorm Elemental

And the rest depend on your other cards. Thing from Below tends to be a safe keep as well, assuming you're cranking out Totems. I'm considering experimenting with Sea Giants as well as perhaps a second Splitting Axe, should I open another. Hope this deck serves you well!
