Quests seem to be the main mechanic of Saviors of Uldum. However instead of playing the new ones, I decided to take a look at one of my Un'goro favourites, Fire Plume's Heart.
Edit: replaced 2 Bloodhoof Brave with Zilliax and Armagedillo
Game plan
1. Complete the Quest.
2. Repel enemy aggresion (either with taunt minions and AoE spells or Ragnaros HP).
3. Blast enemy face continually with 8 dmg.
Quest completion
There are 2 main ways to complete the Quest in reasonable time (turns 6-7 usually).
1. Discover: Frightened Flunky and Stonehill Defender are great at fetching taunt cards towards Sulfuras, especally when they offer you copies of themselves. You can combo them with Brann Bronzebeard for even more value.
2. Infested Goblin: this card is nuts in this deck, completing almost half of the Quest in card is invaluable. Phantom Militia with its awkward stat distribution cries in the corner.
Control tools
The deck runs the usual good Warrior choices in order to survive aggro and bulks of huge stats. Warpath, Blood Razor, Brawl for AoE, Execute for single targets. I decided to include to include a copy of Plague of Wrath and it currently seems very good. Death's Bite is probably the weakest link, can be substituted freely.
Dirty Rat of course for combo disruption or just for tossing him into AoE.
N'Zoth?
Yes! I added N'Zoth, the Corruptor mainly because of this card: Khartut Defender. It's an ok card on its own, however it also creates 2 copies for N'Zoth, giving you some good stopping power against enemy aggresion. Also Sylvanas Windrunner is here.

Hmm, she's a really strong flexible card. I would say something like more draw with either Shield Block or Battle Rage can't hurt. Or Garrison Commander if you like the hp.
Which card to replace for Skulking Geist? (To address both Jade/Armor Druids, as well as Quest Mages)
You’re not running any Shield Slams; so you won’t be sabotaging yourself either.
I would say probably Death's Bite. Though that will remove some enrage synergies and raise the curve a bit, so be warned.

and i think you should add Garrison Commander
I don't think he's necessary no, I just like him as either a lot of sudden value or last effort to survive. Garrison Commander is a good choice if you wanna blast people.
Have you tried running Armegadillo in this deck with any success?
I don't have him as of yet, since I want to save dust for a while.
I've discovered him from Flunkys and Stonehills bunch of times though and he seemed good. I would probably replace Death's Bite or 1 Bloodhoof Brave.
