no, he is just there because he's a murloc with a good body, you could easily cut him if you needed to, it would be missing a decent 2 drop but you could probably fit another murloc in
just de good body? :c
I had the most perfect prismatic lens murloc tidecaller into tip of the scales :D
Could there be a budget version of this deck?
You can actually create a budget version. I very rarely get to use Nomi. Finley is not a vital card and Zephyr can pull you out of a bad situation but here again you rarely use it. Only Leeroy is a must legendary. I took out 2 tastyfin and added 2 glowstone technician to buff the murlocs and Leeroy.
Nice deck but too many times I Lens into Lens! You lose one turn + tempo that can make you lose the match. A few times I lensed into Nomi!!
That being said when everything works fine, most of the time, I just need one Lensed Tip of Scales to win the game with a Leeroy/Truesilver finisher.
fuck this deck, if you used up your two brawls already. fucking CHEF nomi will fuck you up. Shit
Just wrecked a taunt warrior with this exact deck. I finally... finally got to use Sir Finley of the Sands for a new hero power. He feels more and more like he might be unneeded in the deck, though. The majority of my games running this build, he's being pulled as a vanilla 2/3, or sitting in my hand dead, unaffecting the outcome of the match.
God damn deck always pulling the 2. lens first try.
I made some changes to mine, still doing some little testing, I noticed that the x2 Acolyte of Pain always made it hard to use the no duplicate cards.
62% win rate right now
I play almost same deck, I think its very good deck for ranks 10 to Legend, but in High Legend Im facing a lot of Control Warriors and Mages.
oh snap
Awesome deck. Thanks. I went very quickly from rank 9 to 4. I won quite often even when i didn’t draw well. Struggled against control warrior, even managed to beat that occasionally.
I find it incredibly ironic that Finley is only good in this deck most of the time as a statless 2/3 murloc. I'm just happy I packed him otherwise I'd have no incentive to craft him.
Also how is this deck as good as it is?? I don't understand how I've managed to go 9-2 with it this morning. I'm assuming that once all the old decks resurface this will probably not hit as hard as it does now, but what a time to be a murloc!
hey guys i was trying this deck with rebuke. tip the scales and rebuke together helps alot as i was facing alot of mages and warlocks at rank 11. Just a suggestion to whoever needs extra board protection. it works.
it's a cool idea, but it ruins the consistency of being able to draw Scales with Lens
Problem is if you don't draw Lens early it's a really shitty deck
I got to rank 3 with a slightly varied version. Check out my other comment :)
so if you dont draw it why is it so bad? tip the scales is still a decent 8 drop so you dont have to draw lens for that. the deck is based around the old warlock strategy that was really good where you played an aggro deck that if you drew void caller with mal or jarr youd win on the spot. you get the nut draws but get the cards that help you in the late game. a bad deck looks like quest warlock. remember that you are saying this deck is on the same level of badness as quest warlock which is pretty mental.
Because by turn 8 every control deck will have an answer. The only time you win against a control deck is if you cheat it out turn 4/5 and you are lucky they don't have an answer yet. Just spamming neutral murlocs is bad against any deck.
At least for me, I win 100% of my games against it when they don't draw Lens. And if they do, I still win if I have an AoE by that time.
