Firstly, I want to thank you all for all your support and comments.
Finally I made some costwise optimization :D.
I want to specially thank you to Don99999 for make me think about the some duplicate idea and Doomsayer , Dutch-Java for Juicy Psychmelon idea.
- Bloodmage can replaceable with Questing Explorer.
Match-up Guide:
Battlecry Shaman: Play around Mind Control Tech is the key of the match-up. Your board presence should not exceed 3 minions until the 2 of the mc techs are out. You can bait MC tech with your small minions.
Rogue: Play every minion on curve do not hesitate when you able to play your first lucentbark you'll be fine.
Hunter: Play every minion on curve & when you are under 15-10 Health use your healing without thinking too much.
Mage: Play your Lucentbark while Floop in your hand as a insurance. They can make some insane plays on early turns with Mana Cyclone but they will out of gas so quickly. Any Conjurers Calling target have to be cleared instantly.
Malygos Druid: Try to empty your hand and draw as much as possible.Then hit face all the time.
Quest Druid: Try nulligan nourish & setup your lucentbarks early. You have better early & late but in middle game they have upper hand.
Quest Warlock: Setup your lucentbarks without using Floop. Go infinite with Elise and Floop.
Mechathun Warlock: This a bit problematic , play fast burst him down with Cenarius + Floop.
Zoolock: Ignore quest complition if it is necessary their pressure will down at turn 8-10. Key of the match-up is survive at all cost.
Murloc Shaman & Paladin: Try to mulligan Hungry Crab & Zephyrs. Ignore quest complition if it is necessary play everthing on curve.
Best Match-Ups are: Rogue (Quest , Tempo) and Druid (Quest,Malygos) , Mage (Quest , Highlander),Warrior (Control,Bomb).
Mediocre Match-Ups: Token Druid , Murloc Shaman ,Battlecry Shaman (Quest , Highlander).
Worst Match-Ups:(Quest,Mech & Murloc) Paladin , Quest & Combo Priest.
Why highlander ? : Efficient way to use Heal and Choose One package at the same time.
Mulligan Guide:
3 mana or lower cards should kept in hand.
Except two special cards:Oasis Surger & Nourish
Keep Nourish every Warrior , Mage and Druid match-up it is essential.
Keep Oasis Surger every Rogue, Shaman(if you have ping against EVIL Totem),Druid(Nourish is more important) match-up.

Against Midrange Decks:Crystallizer,Dreamway Guardians,Lifeweaver,BEEEES!!!,Wrath,Vulpera Scoundrel
Against Agro Decks:Hungry Crab,Crystallizer,Zephrys the Great,BEEEES!!!,Wrath,[ Crystal Power + Keeper Stalladris ].
Against Control Decks:Worthy Expedition,Crystal Merchant,Vulpera Scoundrel.

- Loti can stay in stealth until it attacks So, you can use her as Spell Damage Amplifier. And possible threat which too hard to kill for your opponent.

- Play Lucentbark while Flobbidinous Floop & Faceless Manipulator & Crystal Power in your hand.

- If it gets Silenced : Flobbidinous Floop as Lucentbark then Faceless Manipulator.
- If it gets killed: Crystal Power then Faceless Manipulator finally Flobbidinous Floop as Faceless Manipulator on Lucentbark.

- Play Gloop Sprayer between two Lucentbark. That makes 4 (Infinite Case) or 5 (Floop Case) Lucentbark.

- Play Elise the Enlightened while Hidden Oasis or Crystal Power in your hand to duplicate heling resources.
Activators:
- Crystal Power , Hidden Oasis , Healing Touch , Neferset Ritualist , Khartut Defender.

Please help me to construct this deck , maybe it can appear something good in the future when expansion comes out.
All Highlander decks will be unplayable due to bomb warrior. It’s a bizarre design decision, by Blizzard, in the current meta.
I think this druid deck is most playable one among those against warrior, because when quest completed choose one cards generate lots of tokens so, warrior has to be use brawls at some point.
When all brawls used , warrior cannot compete with 4 lucentbarks, at that point mad genius and omega devistator make no difference to the outcome.
What I'm trying to say is purpose of the highlander in this deck getting value from quest and healing package without to much sacrifice let me explain in proper heal package you can have one more , juicy melon for draw & one note faceless manipulator and maybe zilliax. Other cards in that package for transition in to the late game without dying like withwood grizzly and witching hour.
I think in this deck transition in to the late game just better than normal heal druid deck and you have lots options with elise for example if you face against silence based priest you can duplicate choose one portion of the deck.

Control Warrior can more than easily fatigue your deck, you don't have enough healing. You have exactly 3 healing cards. So you play Lucentbark, it gets killed, you play heal 1 + floop + faceless, they get killed, you play heal 2 + gloop, they get killed, then you have only one ressurection left. I played a lot of Heal Druid this expansion and trust when I say, it's far from enough. And that's the dream when you have exactly the perfect cards in your hand. If you want a chance against Warrior you should the Ancient that draw/heal and probably another heal like Healing Touch.
Also playing Cult Master just for exactly the Bees combo, in a deck where you have only one of each, seems bad.
edit : actually didn't realize Elize could duplicate some healing cards if you want in the Warrior match-up. So you probably would have enough healing to make a stand. I would still replace Cult Master for the Ancient though !

There's no point in not running a few duplicates with this deck. You won't play Eloise until you have at least one of those pieces in hand anyway.
I think thanks to elise we can choose what we rely on most as a win condition in the middle of the match. If lucentbark needed duplicate those heal cards, if board needed duplicate cenarius, tending tauren , oasis surger.
Most important aspect in this deck you have all the options druid class can offer right now it's up to you to duplicate the portion which you need.

Highlander cards may not work properly in this meta, considering its only 2 of them per deck in standard. A better deck would be full Choose One or full Lucentbark because otherwise Shuffle effects can screw you over big time in the value game.
You are right about highlander cards and i think it's only viable for druid and hunter right know but hunter sacrifice so much when we compare to the druid. My purpose on this list to have a solid overall deck without too much sacrifice. I tried to cover having less Oasis Surger with Crystal Stag ,Crytal Merchant with Vulpera. With Elise i can duplicate the cards which make me win. Because you have a access to all druid library.
