As the name suggest this is a budget zoo lock,the deck is decent .

If your looking for improvements , you got the cards or have dust and want to invest in the deck :

Biggest Sea Giant switch with  Frostwolf Warlord ,and only investment I recommend crafting with dust

Leeroy Jenkins with Frostwolf Warlord  or Argent Squire

Crystallizer with Argent Squire 

Arch-Villain Rafaam with Frostwolf Warlord or Argent Squire

The Soularium with Explodinator

Magic Carpet is a good card but needs alot of other cost worthy cards increasing the deck cost by atleast 2400 dust and changing about 7 cards ,only works if you have alot of 1 drops so you need Crystallizer and Sea Giant and The Soularium to draw those 1 drops, you'r taking out Frostwolf Warlord Explodinator Abusive SergeantSoulfire,so basically it becomes a tottaly different deck
