Hello guys!

After three long years of not playing Hearthstone I finally returned and this is the deck that I've been using to climb the Wild Ladder this season (currently Rank 4).

As promised, here is the guide! Thanks for 10+ upvotes!

This is kind of an old-school type tempo mage deck. It orientates around using your low mana spells with your Flamewaker and constantly terrorising your opponent with secrets. Frost Nova is THE CARD in this deck. Build a board and freeze your opponent's minions. Get the opposing hero low on health and finish them with damage from spells. The deck isn't really strong in the late-game, so you would want to finish the game as soon as possible. Try to maintain board control, while dealing with your opponents minions. Your secrets' timing is key for the victory against every opponent. A tech-sub would be Polymorph: Boar. It's a great removal spell and if needed is extra 4 damage. Noone expects a Polymorph: Boar and oftenly it turns out to be a game-winning card. Another card that fits perfectly in the deck is Primordial Glyph. If you have it or can aford to craft it I recommend using it in place of one of the Mirror Image's or a Kabal Lackey
To sum it up: Protect your minions with spells if needed (Frost Nova and your secrets are best for maintaining tempo and pushing for more damage) and try to finish the game ASAP!

Mulligans

Frost Nova, FlamewakerSorcerer's Apprentice, Arcanologist, Kabal Lackey (if you get any secret with it). Always keep a Kirin Tor Mage if you have an Arcanologist or any secret, Frostbolt

All these cards are great to start the game with against almost every opponent. Wild is such a flexible format and is impossible to make a consistent guide against each class separately. The most important thing is to use your Flamewaker wisely and get the right timing for your secrets and Frost Nova.

Have fun playing the deck and FLAME ON!!!
