Legend three seasons in a row by playing only this deck.
At 10 votes i will make an advanced guide, so i have a guarantee there is enough people interested.
First, thank you for the feedbacks. As a main rogue player i'm happy to see there is a lot of players curious about this list.
Now let's talk about the subject.
Basically the main strategy of this deck is to dominate the board during his powerspike turn 3 to 6, stabilize the board and advance to the damage slowly, then finish the game with a powerful 2-3 cards combo which can remove more than half of the entire health of your opponents in one turn.
To manage the first step, this deck has tons of cheap spells removals, thanks to rogue class identity. Contrary to others aggressive decks which rely mainly on board (Murloc shaman, Zoo warlock, Mech hunter etc...) this deck doesn't need to commit first that's why there is no strong minions turn 1 or 2. Instead, you can simply wait sneakily like a silent murderer then overthrow the board with a 0 mana spell and outvalue with a combo your opponent by the way.
About the mulligan :
You can keep in every match up, coin or not, EVIL Miscreant. Lackeys are one of the strongest way currently in the meta to take the lead on the board.
Blink Fox is also a great choice to keep in starting hand almost against every class. But keep in mind if you play vs another rogue, it doesn't synergize with Vendetta because you get a card from the same class. In this case Hench-Clan Burglar can be better to keep in hand instead.
Always keep in hand Edwin VanCleef when you have the coin. Not always when you don't have the coin. At you to judge if you can still buff him enough without the coin.
Backstab and Vendetta are great to keep aswell, but only if you think you play vs another deck who puts a hard pressure early on the board. For an opposite example i always reroll them vs warrior.
I keep Sap in starting hand in 3 cases.
1- vs paladin if i think it's a mech paladin. This card is great against them because it can clean a big mech of the board for low ressource but also prevents from Kangor's Endless Army
2- vs hunter for the same reason if i think it's a mech.
3- and versus rogue when i don't have the coin to counter the threat of a big Edwin VanCleef early.
EVIL Cable Rat can be good when you can pick EVIL Miscreant in starting hand without getting the coin or Backstab to have a cheap activator with the 1 mana lackey turn 4
Fan of Knives can be a good starting choice too vs rogue to kill the opponent's lackeys, druid tokens, and shaman for Thunderhead tokens, lackeys and murlocs.
I play mainly Walk the Plank to counter mage and i always keep it in starting hand to kill a potential Mountain Giant
I keep sometimes Leeroy Jenkins and Shadowstep when i think i can't win without them.
I also have other mulligans in particular cases but it's not worth to explain because it happens less compared to the list above.
Main brutal combos :
-Leeroy Jenkins + Eviscerate for a 10 damage combo turn 7. I try to keep as much as possible all the time Eviscerate as a finisher and not a sort of removal for an explosive finisher.
-Leeroy Jenkins + Shadowstep for a total of 12 damage turn 8. If you want a memo think it deals the same as 2 Fireball for the same cost. Like Eviscerate, i prefer to keep Shadowstep as a finisher compared to the value with EVIL Miscreant or other cards, except when i play vs a deck which relies on the board for his win condition.
Assassin's Blade the exotic card and one of the best, with Deadly Poison for a total of 20 damage in 4 turns if you can go face. 28 damage with 2 Deadly Poison if the dream comes true. Alone it can also deals 12 damage for a rogue which is most of the time enough for this deadly class keep that in mind.
Replacements :
For new players : As this deck is already a budget version, i strongly recommend you to get all the cards. The winrate of this deck is very related to the expensive ones in particular Leeroy Jenkins and Edwin VanCleef and like Tommy_Wave explained well in his video, if not for this deck, they are worth crafting for rogue list in general and aggressive archetype so it's a good investment. No Angry Chicken in this list sorry bois.
You can replace both Lifedrinker for 2 Proud Defender, another exotic card. This one is clearly less offensive than Lifedrinker but it has the merit to block Militia Commander turn 4 because 6 health or Dyn-o-matic. Also it's not easy to pass through for other classes like rogue, and it synergizes well if it's your only minion and you go for Assassin's Blade turn 5. Previously i reached legend twice with it. Often my opponents were spamming "wow" when i played it on the board, but at the end, i killed them.
Also it's possible to remove Sprint for something else like Zilliax the king of comebacks if you find your games really close against others aggressive decks. In this schema, you can also consider to play SN1P-SN4P for some extra heal and it's an annoying card for the opponent by himself.
About the match up
This deck only has one main predator which is obviously warrior. If you don't finish the game enough fast they will stack too much armor, bring you to fatigue, and you will agonise slowly. In the current list i play Sprint as a tech card only for them, to speed up the output of my deck and try to finish them just in time. But even with that, it's a very hard match up. If you play smartly you can hope to win between 30-50% of them but don't expect more.
For the rest, if you play well, you can manage to have a positive winrate on the other classes. May the force be with you and don't forget to kill your opponents the most brutally as you can.
Usually i act selfish with people i don't know and don't share information, because i'm a fucking human afterall, but i wanted to give it a try and share my passion to play rogue. I hope this guide will be useful for you. Have a great day.
Is there any replacement for the Leeroy? I don't yet have enough dust for him.
Argent Commander maybe?
Reckless Rocketeer ?
I really enjoy playing this deck! It encompasses everything that rogue stands for and I really like it! The deck is fun and different than what we are used to which is a big Plus, and quite straight forward in game play style. To be fair the guide helps a TON so thanks a ton!
I had a lot of fun playing the deck so I made a video Showcasing the deck in all its glory, I really hope you all enjoy!
joking?
How do you feel about adding Captain Greenskin since this is a weapon-centric deck? He could be Shadowstep'd for shenanigans, if Leeroy Jenkins isn't in hand.
I think it's a little bit too slow for the current meta. Like Heistbaron Togwaggle which is a turn 6, you will probably play him the same turn after Assassin's Blade. The thing is, when i manage to stabilize the board and equip my weapon, most of my opponents die in the next turns even before i finish to use it. When they don't, most of the time it's because they played a weapon removal like Harrison Jones, Weapons Project my worst nightmare or managed to block me with big taunts like Grave Horror so it won't probably help that much. But it's a relevant proposal if the meta slows down with the next expansion.
why not waggle pick?
Big with Leeroy, but you lose 4 DMG with each poison compared to Assassins Blade. I think that is the reason. But I am sure waggle is still a good choice as well in this deck.
Exactly for the reason kEraMIK mentioned, i prefer to have 4 extra damage with the weapon alone than the bounce effect minion which is not good every turn for me depending of the situation and force me to keep the weapon to optimize this effect whereas i want to hit directly after sometimes. Also, combined with Deadly Poison the gap of damage they both deal increase. Last reason is it's a 4 cost mana weapon and i have already tons of turn 4 minions which i try to play fast to stabilize the board, so the 5 mana weapon fits well considering this curve
Very cool deck, congratulations on the legend finishes! To anyone on the fence about crafting the deck, check this out:

Thanks for sharing the list! Stay Wavy!
Thanks for the video it was enjoyable to watch. Great analysis and board defense overall, just few missplays you will correct without difficulties as soon as you will get better knowledge of the current meta. I recommend it to watch, keep up the good work !
currently 3-5, not sure what im doing wrong. need a guide pls ASAP
Classic "face is the place" deck.
Buff your Balde and and shadowstep your Leeroy. Sap taunts and big mechs. Add some RNG from Lackeys, Blinkfox and Burglar.
I think thats about it.
PS: After 8 matches I think its too early to judge. You should play 15-20 and then check your stats.
Like those "70% Winrate" decks that then proof it by posting a 7-3 ;)
@kEraMiK Well played Sir, you summed up perfectly the gameplan.
Also agreed with what you say about the trash clickbait winrate, what matters at the end is does this deck is able to make you climb or not. Nothing else
lets see how this goes :)
