Low cost budget deck 1100 Dust total since SN1P was free, has good winrate overall, 

Edit:I got messages from people can you climb with this to rank 5?

Sure , but the matches are more intense the higher up you go id guess your winrate will go down quite a bit.

Possible improvements to make the deck stronger ??

IF, only if you have 2x Wispering Woods then swap out Murloc Tidehunter and Landscaping and then if you put in the 2xWispering Woods its worth to add 2 Knife Juggler instead of 2xEVIL Cable Rat

But this is a 1000+ dust investment and your winrate won't sky rocket , it will go up with 2-3%, recommend waiting for next expension and then you can substitute Wispering Woods with BEEEES!!!
