Hello Fellow Murclos Mrglmrglmgrlmgrl.

This is my first deck posting but thought it would be necessary cause for most Hearthstone players hitting legend is a massive deal and i wish that upon everyone cause its a massive weight off your shoulders and a great achievement.

A bit about myself, I've been playing Hearthstone for 5 years and unfortunately i'am not a free to play player. I have never committed to climbing until the last couple of seasons, getting closer and closer to the awesome card backing i thought "hey, why not just grind a bit harder. worse comes to worse there will always be next season". i honestly believe that having this mind set made me a better less saltier player even when RNG was not in my favour. i focused a lot on the decks i was vsing more then the deck i was using and how i could have bettered my turns to put me in a comfortable position. during this season i found myself being able to predict my enemies turns and easily counter their moves. But enough of that lets get into my Guide on how i climb during the current Meta Decks and reached Legend.

Overview of Secret Hunter: Secret Hunter is a deck that can put early pressure on your opponents by use of the cards Secretkeeper, Sunreaver Spy, Animal Companion and Masked Contender i found some games i was able to win by turn six by mulliganing these cards in my hands with the help of strategically placed secrets such as Freezing trap and Snipe to better my chances at keeping those cards i mentioned earlier on the board. I found also being able to withstand the late game, with the amount of value i managed to build up for my Zul'jin (Animal companion, deadly shot, kill command, marked shot, baited arrow and unleash the beast). i found this deck overpowered due to the fact it had ways to deal with all match ups in the current meta.

Current Meta Match ups and how to play around there advantages:

Mage:  Starting off with my favourite match up with secret hunter! i always found in this match up that i was favoured, Tempo Mage couldn't run you down fast enough due to the worry of setting off Rat Trap, plus nor could conjuring mage build up a big enough board with its crazy giant and conjuring combo that many plays have seen a countless amount of times.

Conjuring mage was the easiest counter, i found if i started with a secretkeeper, deadly shot, rat trap or freezing trap it was a 90% win rate. typically they'll chuck down a 4 mana 8/8 giant and then conjure it the following turn. With few board clears in the mage deck i felt going wide on the board with the cards i mentioned in the overview and playing aggressive was always the go to option.

Guide incomplete got tired but will continue, leave a comment for things you want me to add or explain. plus also feel free to follow me at my twitch account to ask me any questions and watch me in action with the amazing deck, very talkative and love to explain my thought process that goes into my plays and why i do certain things in the game.  https://www.twitch.tv/happylittlepills  Plus thank you for taking the time to read this.
