Hello, this is a fun resurrection style control priest which plays around with the beast package. I started out with the standard ress priest and continued to make changes as I went on and ended up with this version, which has been performing surprisingly well so far. I started at rank 11 (I took a bit of a break) and ended up at rank 5 with a 61% win rate. I have noticed that it does well against aggressive decks if you play it right, such as tempo rogue, spell mage and bomb hunter. I'll continue to try and climb with it while making more changes if needed.

A quick mulligan:
Against aggro: Zoo: Any 5-drop taunt, Holy Nova, Mass Hysteria, Mass Dispel

Tempo Rogue: Any 5-drop taunt, Mass Hysteria, Forbidden Words, Shadow Word: Death, Divine Hymn

Bomb Hunter: Any 5-drop taunt, Mass Hysteria, Mass Dispel, Divine Hymn

Spell Mage: Any 5-drop taunt (Preferably Convincing Infiltrator), Mass Hysteria, Archmage Vargoth with Shadow Word: Death, Forbidden Words
*If you feel like you have enough priority cards against aggro, you can choose to keep Catrina Muerte as she can be very good for closing out games.

Against control: Any 5-drop taunt besides Zilliax, Seance with Catrina Muerte, Mass Resurrection, Archmage Vargoth, Oondasta with Amani War Bear
*I just played an insane game against Control Warrior and won, which gave me more tips to give for this matchup: Try to get them to use their aoe or single target removal before using your Mass Resurrections to have a better chance of the minions sticking. Also, save Holy Water to use on their Archivist Elysiana. To get it so they don't use Youthful Brewmaster on it, flood the board before the turn they will play it so that they can't afford to play it because they may die from fatigue or your minions, or they do play it but they don't bounce it back because they want board presence. This would allow you to use Holy Water on it and once you play your Archivist Elysiana, hope to get lots of big, greedy minions.

Against Big decks (Big Paladin, Dragon Mage, Oblivitron Hunter): 5-drop taunts (preferably Convincing Infiltrator), Forbidden Words, Archmage Vargoth with Shadow Word: Death, Seance, Catrina Muerte, Mass Hysteria

For this meta, I have had the most success with priest when I run two Shadow Word: Deaths and two Divine Hymns instead of one of each as there are lots of aggressive deck and decks with big minions. I also like Holy Water as an inclusion as more removal comes in handy against a lot of decks, like rogue, hunter and mage. The Oondasta, Witchwood Grizzly, Amani War Bear package adds more top end as well as quick removal and defense at the same time. There is lots of healing in this deck, with the Divine Hymns like I mentioned above, especially when combined with Archmage Vargoth. Archmage Vargoth is a very flexible card as it can be used with most of your spells for different situations. he can add more healing, more removal with Shadow Word: Death and more value with Seance and Mass Resurrection.
Overall, no one expects this deck and has been working well against a number of meta decks, while being fun to play. Hope you enjoy!
