After getting tired of 40 minutes mirror matches for control warrior, and having tried traditional Mecha'thun warrior and found it to lose too much % against rogue and hunter, I decided to try a minimal version of the Mecha'thun package and add it to the traditional control warrior shell.
My package is only 4 cards: Whirlwind, Devastate, Da Undatakah and Mecha'thun, which replaces the traditional 4 slots occupied by 2x Assembly, Elysiana/Azalina and bounce effect / tech choice, and it moved my winrate in the mirror from 50%ish to 80%+.
From easiest to hardest matchups, they are:
Control warrior > Lackey rogue >> Zoo > Token Druid > Secret hunter > Mirror (50%) > Bomb hunter > Giant mage > Nomi priest (near unwinnable)
The point of this deck is to kill of mechthun then combo off the undahtakah?
Exactly. You can freely play Mecha'Thun against warrior whenever, and simply combo off with Undatakah.
