First of all, if you are facing many rogues, this deck may not be the best idea. You can still make some changes to improve the matchup, like changing Harrison with Ooze. Try to set up giant with conj. calling asap and you should be good. 

This deck is doing great vs everything else. Main idea of the deck is to survive long enough to play giants with conj. calling, freezing their board while attacking with your own giants. Another win con is to just freeze their board, with doomsayer followed by Alex/Kalecgos and burning them down with your spells. This deck includes also removal for big taunts and mechs, polymorph. It also has Arcane keysmith which is super flexible. You can dig for counterspell to protect either yourself or your minions, extra armor etc.
