This is an Arch-Villain Rafaam Quest deck (Wild, Non-Competitive Fun-Deck).

With this deck you're meant to shuffle cards into your deck to have more fuel for Arch-Villain Rafaam to transform into legendary minions While drawing cards to complete your quest.  Plot Twist is used to advance the quest, dig for Rafaam & add more cards to the deck with the Augmented Elekk. The portals from Portal Keeper & Portal Overfiend can also help you control the board and they increase your draw for the quest ("Cast when drawn" cards draw another card after they are drawn).

Final results? With the Quest Completed and Rafaam played, here come the free legendaries! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
