Witchwood Piper can help to draw Wild Pyromancer or Northshire Cleric for combo (draws) or against aggro decks.  I hit legend rank by this deck! This deck is 66% win rate (42-22)… 4th rank to Legend rank. I added 2 screenshots.

                                   Witchwood Pipers!!

Do you think Witchwood Pipers are worth? Yes Witchwood Pipers were big help! I did try Normal Nomi Priest (Meta list). It is 42% win rate (13-18). I did try different Nomi priest deck that list on Hsreplay site. It still under 50% win rate. If you have a Wild Pyromancer card in your hand; you can summon Witchwood Piper to draw Northshire Cleric. It will ready for combo of draws next turn! I did have 2 Northshire Clerics in my hand, I draw Wild Pyromancer card by Witchwood Piper. I played Wild Pyromancer against druid and warlock. But they killed this minion. Well, I draw another one by that witch card!! Witchwood Pipers have 3/3 body too. It killed giant with combo cards too. Also I can play them at end without draws. No worry about fatigue!  If you have no Gadgetzan Auctioneer in hand but you don't worry. This deck is very heavy draws than Nomi priest (meta list).

                                          Mulligan Guide

Note: If you see many mages, Remove one Lazul's Scheme for Shadow Word: Death. Keep it for mulligan against Mages and Rogues (opinion).  You can add Harrison Jones for Lazul's Scheme if you see many rogues and warriors.

Witchwood Piper: If you get Wild Pyromancer or against any control decks and Rogue (opinion). 

Wild Pyromancer, Northshire Cleric & Acolyte of Pain: Always

Gadgetzan Auctioneer: Coin but replace this card if you get combo (draws) with Wild Pyromancer, Northshire Cleric and Acolyte of Pain

Silence: keep for rogue, mech hunter or any mech decks. 

Power Word: Shield, Circle of Healing and Divine Hymn: If you get combo (draws) with Wild Pyromancer

                                                               Strategy 

Nomi & Witches deck can be difficult. You must draw lot as you can until your deck getting empty early. You need draw combos with Wild Pyromancer, Northshire Cleric and Acolyte of Pain before summon Gadgetzan Auctioneer. If you don't get draw combo in hand; you just being patience. You don't play Pyromancer without draw combo. You have to wait until draw Northshire Cleric or Acolyte of Pain. It will chance big win! But if you have no choice to play Pyromancer without draw combo; it will be tough and reduce win rate. It is best for chance to win at 9th turn (Empty Deck). Warriors will get more remove cards after 10 turns. It will be tough! If you play against warriors, control shamans and another control decks, you just rush to play Chef Nomi at 9 or 10 turn. You don't use Seance on minions (non Chef Nomi) against Warriors. But if warriors play many bombs; you will have to use Seance on Grave Horrors. Most I won by Grave Horrors against Rogues and any aggro decks. I used Seance on Grave Horrors and summon more Grave Horrors to stop Rogues and tempo deck. You see my screenshot, I summoned 4 Grave Horrors against last boss (Rogue) at 8th turn. This Rogue gave up! You can use Seance on Wild Pyromancer against Druids, warlocks or any aggro decks.
