This deck took me on a win streak from rank 7 to rank 5 in wild.  Someone who is a better player than me could take this even higher I think.

The crux of this deck is Electra Stormsurge, and her win condition will vary depending on what deck you play.

Vs. Aggro, survive the early game with your Wrath of Air boosted lightning spells and Arcane Watcher.  Use Electra + Healing Rain for +24 healing which will generally mean you will outlive Aggro.

Vs. Midrange/Control.  Same as above, try and control the early game with Troggs, Arcane Watcher and Unbound Elemental.  Stack Wrath of Air Totems and control their board with boosted Forked Lightnings (really good in this deck!), and Lightning Storms.  Don't be afraid to burn a bloodlust early if it will help you burst them down (or if you think they will play big taunts). 

Electra+ Lightning Bolt/Lava Burst can easily do 14-16 with a few spell damage totems down.

Electra + Bloodlust if you have the board.

Edit: Removed Primal Fusion, added a second Azure Drake.
