My name is Murlocian and I have been playing Murloc theme deck for a year or so. First of all, I would like to say thank you to game developers for adding these new Murlocs. I hope many more shall come to prove that Murlocs are more than a Fish.
With this deck, I have played more than 300 games( I did tinker a lot) and I am proud to introduce my deck to hearthpwn.com community.
If you like fun aggro style decks, you should try this out!
MULLIGAN
Many shall say there is no skill involved, but the pure luck when you play Murloc deck. They are WRONG. Mulligan varies on the class you play against and the turn you take.
The first card I would like to speak about it is Unite the Murlocs. Most of the time ( 80%) I do not keep that card, however, it has saved me from a complete defeat. I keep this card only when I start as a second and I have a perfect hand to start the game.
Cards to keep or replace and
I recommend keeping Murloc Tinyfin Murloc Tidecaller Sir Finley Mrrgglton Toxfin Rockpool Hunter Coldlight Seer and Brrrloc.
How to play against Odd Paladin
Without a good starting hand, it will be nearly impossible to beat Odd Paladin. The best opening card would be Sir Finley Mrrgglton + Rogue, Mage, Druid hero power. The following cards have to be health buff cards such as Rockpool Hunter and Coldlight Seer. If you do not have any of these cards in your hand I would consider using Soul of the Murloc (use only if you have two to three Murlocs/ Totems on Board) to ensure board presence after you slay his/her minions. Cards like Call in the Finishers and Everyfin is Awesome and Gentle Megasaur (health) has a huge impact on the early game. If things go south Finja, the Flying Star is your last hope, keep cards like Everyfin is Awesome, Coldlight Seer and Gentle Megasaur to buff your Murlocs. If you trade smart and keep your Murlocs alive, by turn 5 you should be able to secure the win.

Hmm I wasn't sure about the plague of murlocs until I went up against mages and priests, then i changed my mind. Even now it feels a little slow, sometimes it just sits in my hand. Also, why remove the finja? I found that I actually cameback from games with it when I drew.
Hello! That card is pretty situational. I did lose a few times because of that card* dam rng* but It is pretty good vs Warlock, Druid, Priest. Not the best card against mages, but I have won the game and ruined their secret plan. Imagine you play call in the fishers and they do stay for a turn. Next turn you go for the face, play plague and get a bit better board. If the enemy has loads of minions and you got a few on board, turn 7 is a real nightmare for them. Play plague of murlocs + Old Murk Eye and GG. Gentle Megasaur is pretty good interaction with Plague of murlocs. Instead of pushing for the face(depends on the situation) go for the *seeds* and next turn transform the board into Murlocs. It is a fun card, but if you are facing loads of mages I would add one secret eater or even two...it did help me last time to get to the legends (by removing ice block) . Finja is also a situational card...it can swing the board or even ruin the game * by summoning murloc which you need for the last push.

Glad to hear that! Indeed they are pain in the arse. I would keep earth shock (for taunt) and keep toxfin as a removal. Other option would be to keep Everyfin is awesome and buff minions on turn 4. Gl buddy!
