So the game plan here is to constantly play the minion Pogo-Hopper and watch it grow to giant size. 

You might be asking: "But i only have 2 copies in my deck, how do i do that?"

This is there the support cards come in. 

This deck has a lot of shuffle effects, so try to shuffle a many Pogo-Hoppers into your deck a possible. And later draw them.

Sprint and Tak are your draw engines. Try to play these cards at good times where you are not about to die. Use your removal and defensive cards to get there. Playing Tak by himself is pretty risky, so try to combine him with your shuffle effects if you run low on cards.
