E.V.I.L will be purged, said our deceased benevolent Paladin, Arthas Menethil. And, it will be. Rise up, brave Paladins, and embrace the Light with his blessing: Healadin.
Believe it or not, RoS actually boosted Healadin far more than usual. RR opened up some shenanigans with Thekal and Shirvallah but the credit goes to RoS and here is why: First of all, we got Nozari, which is our 2nd-Reno in that regard. Secondly, some of your Heal-minions have Battlecry, so Barista Lynchen will gladly copy them to your hand. However, another so-big interaction puts Healadin over the top, which is explained below:
If you are at low health, Blackguard+Lightforged Blessing interaction will happen similar to pre-nerf Shadowboxer+Elixir of Life interaction until you are fully healed, unless stated otherwise. What I mean is: You apply Lightforged Blessing on Blackguard and attack with him. Afterwards, Blackguard will heal you, then deals damage due to its ability. Since Blackguard has Lifesteal ability, his ability combined with Lifesteal will result infinite shots to enemy minions until your Hero has fully healed, just like pre-nerf Shadowboxer+Elixir of Life interaction.
These are main tips for Healadin, with preparations for RoS expansion. There are some tips you should keep in mind as well:
- Blackguard is one of the key cards for Healadin. Combine him with any Heal-card to deal serious damage to a minion.
- I love Holy Wrath because it draws a cards and deals damage. Maybe you can hit 25 damage to face via Shirvallah, who knows?
- Another reason I will use Barista Lynchen is that she is 2nd-Zola for me. Need to copy Aldor Peacekeeper and Eadric the Pure together? Fine, just play her, even better with Brann.
May Nozari and Shirvallah and Reno Jackson shine upon you.
Update: Nexus and Lay on Hands helps discounting Shirvallah. Eater of Secrets is put as tech-slot.
Any room for Baleful Banker? (For both the Holy Wrath Shirvallah finisher and your other key battlecry minions in general)
As said above, Half-Time Scavenger can be swapped with any card you want. It's a tech-card slot that I put on purpose. So, give it a try with your Baleful Banker.
