Hard mulligan for Rafaam's Scheme, don't wanna top deck that in the late game!

Edit: Removed 1 Worgen Infiltrator and replaced him with Rafaam. Rafaam could make Darkest Hour stronger and if all else fails, replace your deck and hand with legendary minions. A stronger late game is always a good thing.
