Based on the existing secret beast build, I think this will excel in the early days of the RoS expansion! I expect to have to adjust as the meta game settles, so this should evolve over the next 2-3 weeks.
We're basically playing like a midrange hunter, but with secrets and spells allowing us some swings instead of relying on snowballing tempo.
Our game plan is to curve out with little beasts, build up a Scavenging Hyena, which doubles as a removal draw or - if they fail to deal with it - a massive growing threat to face. Zul'jin is another win condition, giving us another swing at board if we're out-paced or controlled. He allows us to generate new threats and double up on those with Dire Frenzy / Master's Call synergy. This should be a contender while everyone is working out their deck plans!
Also, I haven't included Eaglehorn Bow in here because I think it's too slow vs aggro and inconsequential vs control. Our value isn't in secrets, it's in beasts snowballing. I'm still testing Bow, but for now we'll see how Headhunter's Hatchet works out.
Let me know what you think, and as always I'm open to suggestions or comments.
Best of luck on April 9th!

No Eaglehorn Bow in a Secret Hunter deck? Makes no sense...
Only 3 secrets can possibly be drawn with Subject 9 with this list. You need some more secrets. Snake Trap or Snipe atleast.
It's based off the current meta deck, which doesn't run Eaglehorn and has a 52% win rate, according to HSReplay. It seems counterintuitive but the deck runs too fast to need Eaglehorn, it actually slows the curve. Also, we're losing the better secrets to rotation, so right now I'm banking on the minions carrying be bulk of the value.
maybe cards like Snipe and Snake Trap will show themselves valuable once the new cards are experimented with, but for now this finds a good balance.
I modified your list a bit and have had positive results so far.
took out the headhunters hatchets replaced with candleshots, removed one deadly shot and replaced with flare
Candleshot in a year of Dragon LUL
Yeah turns out the deck is better if you put in the cards you're not allowed to use in standard in 2 days lmfao
It's going to be a flex spot with the Hatchets. Right now I'm planning on outpacing them, but Flare would be a huge winner if they end up being faster.
Flare as tech against upcoming secret paladin? 1 copy atleast?
Not a single new card?
WOmp WOmp
Nah, I didn't see any strong cards that could out-value the existing ones, especially for this build. The spell damage thing they're pushing for the whole set doesn't seem very good for hunter, but I might simply need some time to experiment to change my mind!
no point in secrets anymore is there?
Well I still think they're going to be a strong means of board control and curving out with Secretkeepers, but it remains to be seen if hunter has the tools to really help define the meta game next week. Everyone is talking a lot about aggro like secret paladin and murloc shaman, but I think control will have a big presence if the anti-combo tools they have now prove as useful as they look.
So I still think hunter secrets have value, especially with Zul'jin.
I played Zul'jin, the turn before my opponent activated the rat trap. Yes, I had already used Dire Frenzy on a Rhino, it was a rather LARGE rat that I was able to finish him with. Close game, but the winner was a GIANT RAT. LOL
