Deck Description

The Legends of Greymane takes you straight to hacking and slashing your opponents in the noblest of ways in Hearthstone which is the Midrange style. This deck is a typical, fair and square Even Paladin list with a few unusual twists and spins added to it. This specific list has given me quite a lot of success, but there are a plethora of ways to build these Paladin decks. One of the strongest highlights that I have to point out on this list is the Echoing Ooze with buffs package. Let me tell you something, whoever is not running these little buggers in their Even Paladin lists is DOING IT WRONG! I'm so confident about this package that it's literally the only reason I would play Even Paladin. Echoing Ooze with Blessing of Might is quite a challenge for a lot of decks to take care of and put a lot of pressure on Control decks. But the star card of this package is of course Spikeridged Steed. Quite a lot of Aggressive strategies rely on their one silence to win the game if some taunts come in their way. Well, when you drop this on an Echoing Ooze your game is literally sealed against Aggro decks, most just concede after seeing this drop and if they don't well all I can say is FOR THE ALLIANCE!

Card Choices

Crystology helps us cycle through our deck quite well and very often gives us the needed pressure in the midgame and helps us fish for our Echoing Oozes.

Rebuke even though included only once is a centerpiece to sealing the game against Control decks.

Keeper of Uldamans and Spellbreakers I am running these twice to fight the Big Priests straight out of the doors of the Inn! Spellbreakers can be substituted depending on the decks you're facing.

Val'anyr might not be the strongest after the nerfs to Chaingang, but it's still quite a usefull weapon with our Echoing Ooze package. Not an important legendary can be substituted for other value or tempo oriented cards depending on what style you favor.

Tempo style: The Black Knight, Gormok the Impaler and if you're on a budget Argent Commander can do wonders aswell.

Value style: Silver Sword, Tirion Fordring and Lich King, but I honestly do not recommend the last option.

Ragnaros the Firelord, personally a lot of people I run into run Lich King instead, while a decent substitution I would pick Rag over the King any time. Rag provides the necersary reach when you are running out of steam and can turnaround games much more consistently than the King. Atleast that's speaking from my experience.

Murloc Knight with a 1-mana hero power? You've gotta have those murlocs! Helps build a decent board for Sunkeeper Tarim.

There are many ways you can build Even Paladin, but this has proven to me as one of the most successful lists. But feel free to experiment with the Dragon or Silverhand packages as Level Up! is quite decent in Even Paladin, though not as opressively as in Odd.

I hope you liked my short deck guide and if you feel like I have missed something then ask away. Don't forget to show your support and upvote the deck if you liked it as I would dearly appreciate it. Cheers and have a good one!
