In commemoration of the Year of the Mammoth I made a Spiteful Summoner deck with every class. With the help of the new auto complete by Blizzard. This is the best Spiteful Priest deck I could make. With help from Blizzard stats but I did change some cards. Before the Spiteful Summoner nerf most Spiteful decks had only 2 or 3 high mana cost cards to high roll. After the nerf the decks stayed the same with the Spiteful Summoner being simply one more mana. I think this is the wrong approach. One more mana means at least one more turn and more change to draw your big spells. So more spells are needed. So I added a few more spells with at least 4 mana. Unless really good spells were available.

This priest deck got me  a 60% winrate at rank 5. It's decent, and even got me to rank 4. Personally I think this is better than the standard Spiteful Priest. But not better that Control Priest.
