First things first:
Arugal = Khadgar (I suppose he's the official proxy)
Sindragosa = Kalecgos
Togwaggle = Jepetto Joybuzz 

So this is just a standard Malygos combo deck, but using Balefuls to make your Jepetto that next level of making your opponent go "Please HoF Malygos". 

If you really need help understanding the FOCUS of this deck, you're bad and I'm sorry. It's Malygos. You play Maly and kill your opponent. I can't simplify it more. 

This is a very very rough draft I threw together in about 10 minutes after I woke up and checked new cards, so I'll be updating it as I see fit, or with any help from all of you. I think this combo deck has a ton of potential. Also Baleful + Jepetto will probably make it's way into other Malygos/Combo decks.
