Going from ranked 5 to 3: 19-4. This is working well, based off of Torture Priest but with a better win condition: infinite Leeroys!
Thanks to kiwiinbacon for a spotlight.
Beating Mecha'thun Druid as the slowest deck around: priceless!
Bestmarmotte hitting Legend against Even Warlock!!

Gameplay and Win Condition
This is a kind of combo deck, so try to keep your key pieces until you can activate it. Is also a Priest Quest deck so just keep playing every DR minion you can and stall as long as possible to be able to play Amara, Warden of Hope but also get a copy. You will never fatigue so stall and draw as much as possible. My average game is 15 minutes and 16 turns; this isn't a quick deck. I am going to miss playing 2-4 x Psychic Scream more than words can say.
Also realise, I haven't "won" many games, all but a handful have the opponent conceding, sometimes all it takes is a Seance on Amara, Warden of Hope, but most will quit once the combo starts rolling...
Once you have the following conditions you can play the infinite combo:
- Be Shadowreaper Anduin, have Bwonsamdi, the Dead and Amara, Warden of Hope in hand and not many cards left in your deck (better if going into fatigue)
- 2 x Spirit of the Dead, Augmented Elekk, Zola the Gorgon on one of your Spirit of the Dead, ping Zola the Gorgon
- You now have a Spirit of the Dead in hand, and 4 x 1 mana Zola the Gorgon in your deck (and quite possibly 2 x Augmented Elekk after thier turn)
- From here you can always play a Spirit of the Dead, bounce it with Zola the Gorgon, and ping her to keep the loop going. Always ensure you can do this (have a Spirit of the Dead and Zola the Gorgon on hand at all times).
- Now weave in Amara, Warden of Hope, and Bwonsamdi, the Dead, always bouncing them with Zola the Gorgon and pinging Zola the Gorgon back into your deck. Do the same with Leeroy Jenkins or Zilliax to make things go faster, but unless they can do 40 damage in a turn you've already won.
- Board clears will slow you down, but there are only so many they have and eventually they will be forced to start sending other 1 mana cards into your deck.
If you feel pressed for time you can try and invoke the OTK combo and "just" rely on 5 x Amara, Warden of Hope if things go bad.
- You have Amara, Warden of Hope with 2 x Seance, then Zola the Gorgon, then Baleful Banker with Augmented Elekk. this is still 200 health they have to get through!
- Use 2 x Spirit of the Dead, Augmented Elekk and Leeroy Jenkins (who should die that turn)
- Then pull the 4 x 1 mana Leeroy Jenkins with Bwonsamdi, the Dead and play 5 next turn via Vivid Nightmare for 30 damage.
Under the right draw you will survive to turn 7 and play Amara, Warden of Hope with Seance. If you make it to here you are probably going to win the game. But therein lies the hard part, without a strong turn 5, or a perfect run of DR minions and Twilight's Call aggro is going to roll you and even Psychic Scream won't save you. Always know how much damage you can take and keep trying to complete the Quest ASAP.
Keep in mind your key turns up to 10 mana are odd, 5 you can Mass Hysteria, Rotten Applebaum or Zilliax, but also play 3 x DR minions via Twilight's Call and a 2 drop. Turn 7 you can Psychic Scream, or Amara, Warden of Hope and Seance or Baleful Banker. Turn 9 you can complete your Quest with a 2 drop and then do the above.
Mulligan
Always keep a DR 2 drop, the more Dead Ringer the better. Never keep any "combo" cards and hope for some 5 mana cards before turn 5.
If you have Dead Ringer then Twilight's Call is probably safe to keep.
Card Choices
Baleful Banker and the second Augmented Elekk are there to refill your deck, can be played with Amara, Warden of Hope, Rotten Applebaum, Leeroy Jenkins or Zilliax. Can also Amara, Warden of Hope, Zola the Gorgon her and then Baleful Banker on Zola the Gorgon to keep the dream alive. But both can be used for tempo in a pinch. They could also both be dropped for another Plated Beetle, Rotten Applebaum, or possibly 2 x Spirit Lash.
Vivid Nightmare is there to duplicate key cards as you need them (see comments).
Leeroy Jenkins and Zilliax can both be played to clear threats; neither are required to win (though infinite Zilliax is more valuable in the long run if you "lose" your Amara, Warden of Hope because you can't bounce her when needed.
I am finding this great fun to play, lots of decisions to make and obviously is working for me. I've been very lucky to avoid more aggro with such a greedy deck. Hope you have fun and thanks for liking. I think there will still be room for more infinite shenanigans after rotation, but rogue is going to be insane at the long game.
DISCLAIMER: I did not expect this deck to go as far as it has and sorry but the hsreply numbers are pretty dismal overall. Against aggro you need the perfect draw to survive, you probably aren't as fast as combo decks, and there is only so many other control or mid-range decks for you to beat easily. I can't fathom how people are losing to Warrior though.
Sorry but i have to say after playing this deck about 1 day i dropped rank 6 to 10 with this deck win rated 33%. U lose against every aggro decks almost. This is so luck based decks iv playing so far....
I'm really sorry to hear that. I'm just a casual home brew Priest only player who likes to theory craft and had the week of my Hearthstone "career" going from Rank 10 to 3 so I thought I would share my decks.
I never thought so many people would try this out, I've got 100 rubbish decks on this site that normally don't get a look in. Apologies to everyone who has faced so much aggro, having played Quest Priest of some kind or another for over a year now I know they either work beautifully or fail dismally; but this deck has so many situational cards it is almost 100% reliant on you getting the perfect draw or match up, which I managed to do with godly luck.
Is really fun when it works though :)
against argo you have got to get a good curve, otherwise you are screwed. hunter is worst to face especially when they hit curve. I'm going to miss this desk because it is was so much fun to play. i came out 50-50 with it and i beat all of the meta decks with it at least twice (some more than others). Mecha thun was the best because they thought they had an easy win against a quest priest, but three leeroy's to the face was great. 6 leeroy's to a odd warrior's face was also a lot of fun. best game was against theif priest. he got my warden his own seance, so that game went to turn 36.
Great deck. This list is super greedy though so I ended up just switching a couple cards in a more traditional list to allow the infinite turn combo. Will be sad to see torture priest rotate soon, thx for allowing me to enjoy it a little bit longer.
very fun deck! I had all the card so I gave it a try, I am at 6-5 with the deck, but 4 of the 5 losses were aggro hunt.
So if you remove hunter you have a good winrate :D
And it is really tons of fun, and a bit tricky to play
This deck made me question my will to live when I had to face an odd warrior. 44 turns, 41 minutes, but I pulled it off despite massively screwing up the infinite combo several times
https://hsreplay.net/replay/Wbqkiav8kpCLw9vJoM2bZB
still, I feel pretty good since it was just my third game with it. If I had lost after all that my computer would probably be out the window right now though. Also it always feels good to beat an odd warrior at their own game.
Oh wow, this deck is FUN! I didn't have a second Eleck, so I put in Benedictus. I was able to play them together! I love it!
And yet people still say priest is tier 3 or tier 2
I did not find any reason to Bloodmage Thalnos in this deck!!!
Completes the quest and draws a card. If you tech in Spirit Lash he shines, but you need that draw too, especially early on.
He's a minion, logic and reasoning won't work.
x
"Infinity Priest" with no Archbishop Benedictus omegaLUL
Cards from your opponent's deck would make it harder to pull off the combo. Did you read how the deck works?
1. Saw Infinity Priest in the title
2. Took one look at the deck and found that Benedictus is not in it
3. Scrolled down to write this comment
Rank 3? How do I beat Quest Mage, Shirvallah OTK or Horsemen OTK? I only face those.
I will admit I have been more than lucky, and have listed all my games as proof. This deck is not going to beat most other OTK decks. But you could try this...
Concentrate on Loot Hoarder, Baron and Twilight's Call to try and draw quickly. Turn 10 go all in with 2 x Spirit, Elekk and Leeroy.
Draw your four Leeroy with Bwonsomdi turn 11, turn 12 play 4 x Leeroy, 1 x Vivid and Hero power for 32 damage.
It's probably a dream, but the only way I can see to out OTK them.
You only face those? What year is this?
I don't understand how to combo warrior's brawl/restless package. You have to leave the 2 x spirit of dead on the board for the combo to work. Ok you can ping your own zola for 2 more in deck (4 with elek), but then he just clears all your board including spirits and your combo is over no?
Even if I had seanced/zola'd one of the spirits I still only have 1 left in hand and he has 3 more restless/brawl.
What am I missing? Thanks
Play the combo and you have at least a Zola (better with 4) in your deck and a Spirit in your hand. If they Brawl you can always play the combo again once you draw a Zola, as long as you bounce and ping to shuffle it can go on for ever.
If you can hold out a turn or use Bwomsambi to guarantee a Zola you can just keep going, they aren't that fast, drop and bounce Amara to bait Brawl or Ragnoros Hero power, but if it goes wrong for them it goes better for you anyway. Put Zola between Amara and the Spirit to avoid Supercollider. Don't forget they become 1 mana so can spirit Amara, bounce spirit, bounce Amara every second turn, then do a combo turn to refresh your cheap Zola. It's only 4 clears to deal with then all good and you start dropping more and more 1 mana cards.
You don't always have to have Spirits on the board, just make sure never to play your last Zola or Spirit without doing the combo.
