Well in the video author suggested in case of missing card replace it with oaken summoner 

You are basically renaming Mill decks to NVR. That's not a concept.

The concept is not the deck but the way to play it. our goal is not to mill him but invite him to concede WTHOUT doing any damage. The NVR warlock show that better: it has 3 game plan different according to our opponent and not just Mill.

Is that NVR-thing your idea? I did not see such a creative work  in deck building before. It is really heart warming, if only for  that short moment.

Unfortunately, I am not able to check out the effectiveness, cause I did not craft the king so far. But I really wanted to cherish that work, awesome job, really cool man!

I don't think fatigue decks are new, but the way it's presented is awesome, including the video. :D
