Big thanks to you guys for making it the number one deck right now on HP! It's so much fun to play and it's competitive too, so I think it deserves the attention.
Hey guys it's Boomtjalah with another deck I think is worth popularising. I believe ThijsHS originally created a version of this deck. I've been trying this decklist out at rank 7 and mannn is it broken. 13 wins against 1 loss v.s. a warrior so far where I drew all my 8 drops and no triggers for at least 12 turns. Totally seems to be crushing the current meta. Will keep updating the win rate.
Boards with 6 The Lich King's or a healthy amount of regeneration from 4 Deranged Doctor are in store every game!
I will write a more detailed guide including mulligans and optimal strategy once the deck reaches 50 upvotes.
Short mulligan advice: It's best to pick for your Kobold Illusionist's and the Necrium Blade. Hit something with the weapon on turn 3 and trigger the Kobolds effect on 4. This will almost always get you going well. Other preferred tricks include the double trigger on a carnivorous cube obviously.
[Updated] Record so far:
Shaman: 1 - 0 Druid: 2 - 0 Mage: 5 - 1 Warrior: 2 - 1 Warlock: 4 - 0 Priest: 3 - 0 Hunter: 3 - 1 Rogue: 0 - 1 Paladin: 1 - 0 total win rate: 21-4
Basically, you only lose when you draw all your 8 drops after one another and you get no trigger cards, no kobold, no weapon, no draw etc.
Have fun, it's a metacrushing deck at the moment.

OP
i have so bad draws
Yup, I feel you man. 6-7 on rank 5(EU). All those Midrange Hunters only laugh at me, when I try this deck on them. It's so hard, when you get bad mulligan, and even worse draw after it.
A midrange hunter matchup should be well in your favour in the long term. Not 80%+ but a decent 60-70%. Key is to mulligan well, and play zilliax at the very last possible moment, preferably using his magnetic. The odd paladin is the only dezastrous matchup.
For shure its a fun deck but i doubt you can climb into higher ranks with it.
I'll give it a try today. I'm in #5 let's see if i can get legend ;)
I started at rank 8 with this and went straight to 3 with only two losses. It does pretty wel on the higher ranks ;). Rank 1 & 2 are a bit harder because a lot of people switch to aggro again.
This deck has the potential to dominate the ladder at the moment and I absolutely love how devastating a good turn 5 can be with it!
It's fun, strong and very strong VS the actual meta, so I definitely recommend giving this a try.
I made a video showcasing the deck in action, I really hope you all enjoy it
Hi Kiwii, good to see you're still around after two years ;). Seems everybody enjoyed watching the deck in play!
I would definitely need to add in Spiritsinger Umbra, I play a lot of Dane's big rogue in wild and the card busts things wide open.
I tried it out with Spiritsinger Umbra instead of one Crawler. It is not really impactful in practice it seemed after 20 games. But it might be a slight slight edge over crawler.
versus aggro unfortuntely too slow
I cut in a Fan of Knives for a prep. This gives you a chance vs odd-paladin which is really the only negative matchup. Hunters are pretty easy.
And playing zilliax the right way makes a big difference in performance.
Please replace loose with lose
Fixed! :D
Replacement for Devilsaur? It will rotate soon, its a waste of dust to craft it now
The Cube - Vial combo on devilsaur for 28-42 dmg one turn, is way too much fun to miss out on in the meantime though ;)
I threw in Da Undataka as a replacement
Millhouse Manastorm ;)
Not worth it for 2 weeks :(
Any replacement for 1x roll the bones
1x carnivorous cube
1x Necrium Vial
Thanks!
