You didn't misread the title. An Angry Chicken OTK deck. Here it is:
Combo
1) Play Angry Chicken and play Dire Frenzy on it
2)Wait to draw 2 or 3 buffed Angry Chickens (Tol'vir Warden helps). It is a better OTK if you can play all 5 chickens from 2 Dire Frenzy, but this still does tons.
3) Play Tundra Rhino and Crackling Razormaw it to survive (alternatively just make it survive however you can)
4) Play all (max 5) Angry Chickens, and then a Wild Pyromancer. Then play any Goblin Prank on any beast (You wont get face damage otherwise). With 3 chickens, this is 32 attack, but with all 5 it is 50 damage.
Mulligan
Regular midrange hunter mulligan, you play mainly like a midrange hunter with a few odd cards. Of course, with the coolest combo of all time involving Angry Chicken
Note
I have seen many comments saying this is not an OTK deck. I dispute that. An otk deck is a deck which can kill an opponent in one turn. This deck can kill an opponent in one turn. You can use removal or even Crakling Razormaw to keep it alive. Then you can do 50 damage in a turn! This can definatley be classed as an otk deck. Thank you all for your thoughts, be sure to debate this point. Comment your opinions down below :)
ummm why is there no Emperor Thaurissan in this deck? It would make the deck so much more consistent as Tundra Rhino doesn't need to survive a turn...
+1 for the chicken ingenuity! I replaced Goblin Prank with Arcane Shot (only 1 less dmg but frees up 1 mana) and added in a Helpless Hatchling to enable rushing 3 angry birds + rhino in a single turn (31 dmg with Arcane Shot). The games where I had the coin were even better as I could fit in another bird or use Arcane Shot to save my butt earlier in the game. I'm not sure ze chicken is better than Young Dragonhawk, but it's definitely more unique and causes more emotes, and that's really the point ;D Thanks again for sharing this!
its little bit hard to pull the combo, especially when you need to draw the cards. nice deck anyway
It's not OTK.
If your win condition require two turns (1st turn setup, 2nd turn kill enemy) it is TTK deck.
Actually, an OTK deck is any deck that's win condition relies on a combo to deal all your opponent's health in one turn. What you're think of is an Exodia deck, a type of OTK deck where having all the combo pieces guarantees you winning.
I dont see the DK in here, which can build a beast Rhino that has stealth, therefore you gain an option in getting the combo right if they manage to kill your rhino's
great idea, well done
Sorry, but this is not an OTK deck
To me, an OTK is when you kill your opponent in one turn, i.e. deal 30+ dmg in one turn. Lot's of other OTK's also require setup
My problem is not setup, it’s that you need your Tundra Rhino to survive one turn on board... My definition of OTK deck is something that can kill your opponent in one turn just by playing cards from hand/ using hero power. Something that’s guaranteed.
An OTK requires your combo pieces to be played the same turn you kill your opponent. Don't get me wrong. Your deck seems fun, but it is definately not an OTK deck.
Clever trick.
Seems too hard to setup, but would be fun to pull off.
An otk does not require 5 steps and a pre-turn setup omegalul.
So most of Mecha'thun 's decks are not OTK?
Mecathun does not require any board pressence or lucky draws? You just draw.
Show me one Mecha'thun deck that requires a turn to set up. Regardless of what happens the turn before Mecha'thun you win. This is the same for Warrior, Warlock, Priest and Druid. It's all down to the player on the last turn with no "setup" turn required unless you are counting drawing cards as setup?!
This is still a good combo but it's not an OTK as you cannot kill you opponent in one turn without the turn before going well for you. The only way this could be an OTK deck is to reduce the cost of Tundra Rhino and or Wild Pyromancer so that it could all be played on the last turn.
Maybe something with Helpless Hatchling and bouncing at back to your hand so Tundra Rhino becomes 1 mana, then you could do Tundra Rhino (1 or 2 mana depending on bounces), Wild Pyromancer (2 mana), 4 x Angry Chicken (4 mana) then Goblin Prank (2 mana). That would an OTK.
Bouncing back Helpless Hatchling would not do much because it's a Deathrattle-effect not a Battlecry.
You'd have to make sure to gain a lot of Deathrattle-procs, ideally with Necromechanic on board and two Play Dead.
This would theoretically make the Rhino cost 0-2 mana (depending on whether the Hatchling dies and whether it dies before the Necromechanic.
Waay too much setup needed. Won't work.
Sorry yes, was just looking for something to reduce beast costs. But like you said too much set up required, your opponent would have to be afk.
